Yes. I am in-network with Anthem and am happy to bill them directly. However, for insurance providers I'm not in network with, I will not bill the insurance company directly. After each session, I will provide you with a "superbill," which is a receipt with all the necessary information your will need to submit a claim for reimbursement to your insurance company. My fees are $150 for the initial 60-minute session and $130 for each 60-minute session thereafter.
